At each meeting, participants will have the opportunity to apply their creativity to a new skill pertaining to robotics or mobile applications. US-Be will primarily use laptops, tablets, and Sphero robots as teaching tools. While maintaining a focus on information technology, students will also be able to connect what they create with a social issue of their choice. Participants will typically work in pairs to encourage creative collaboration. Each meeting is approximately 1.75 hours, and students will be given breaks and snacks to keep them fully energized.
